Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are created for efficient communication and comfort of all participants during the photoshoot.

Terms and Conditions of the Photoshoot

Location: Determined according to the tastes and needs of the client. Specific locations like hotels, museums are defined before the photoshoot. Additional activities (for example, gondola ride or visiting of a cafe) are specified in advance.
Date and Time: The exact date and time of the photoshoot is determined in agreement with all participants, considering their convenience and the lighting conditions. In case of being late, the client voluntarily reduces the time for the photoshoot.
Final photographs: The photograph is an artistic product. The client acknowledges and agrees with the photographer’s artistic vision, shooting style, and photo processing.
Copyright: The Photographer retains copyright of all images. In the case of publication of the photos in media or social networks, the client agrees to credit the photographer’s full name in accordance with copyright law.
Delivery of Photos: Although the photographer commits to send the finished photos within a day after the photoshoot, the finished photos will be provided within 1-7 days after the photoshoot, depending on the photographer’s workload. If the photographer is unable to meet the first 24 hours, he will inform you in advance.

Payment: The photographer’s services must be paid for on the day of the photoshoot. Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer.
Early Termination and Delay: If the client ends the session early or arrives late, it does not warrant a reduction in the shooting fee or an extension of the reserved time. Tardiness by the client will result in a voluntary reduction of the shooting duration.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation and rescheduling to another day are allowed.
Additional Services: For an extra fee, you can request artistic retouching or art processing of any photograph, or increase the number of retouched photos.
Prepayment: Prepayment is optional and agreed upon with the photographer in advance. It is required in cases when the photographer incurs transportation costs to another city before the photoshoot. The prepayment amounts to 10–20% of the total cost.

Selection and Initial Processing: After the photoshoot, the photographer selects the best shots at their discretion and applies initial processing. Initial processing includes adjustments to exposure, cropping, and color correction.
Delivery: Finished photos will be sent via a download link from a cloud storage service. The photos will be available via the link for 3-6 months.
Original RAW Files: Unprocessed RAW files are not provided, as they are considered working materials rather than the final product. Final photos will be delivered in JPG format.
Right of Publication: The photographer reserves the right to publish the photographs on their social media pages and website for the purpose of showcasing their portfolio. If the client does not agree to the publication of their photos, the client is required to purchase the right of non-publication.
